Chat2Desk Updates Launching billing
We have launched a new certified billing system .
- With its help you can automatically issue invoices, send payment links, process payments and write-offs.
- You will also be able to connect and israel whatsapp data messengers and options yourself.
- Your account will have a balance that will be calculated automatically.
Key features of the transition to billing:
- Charges for using Chat2Desk will occur daily.
- Invoices for payment will be generated automatically for one month (manually – for any period multiple of months) and sent to you when the balance decreases.
- The form of closing documents will change. Instead the app has both positive and negative aspects one act, where all options are listed, there will be two documents: a summary act and a transfer, from which the final amount is formed.
- When switching to automated billing, your bill for the options you use may change. This happens due to calculation refinements.
2. Changes in the “Sales Tunnels” option Chat2Desk Updates
We are making changes to the Sales Tunnels option :
- We have changed the name to Chatbot Builder . And the tunnels that you create in the builder are now called Scenarios . Access to the slovakia business directory remains the same – through the main Chat2Desk menu.
- Now you can enable and disable this option yourself using the button in the Main section of the Chatbot Builder section (formerly Sales Tunnels ).
- The name of the chatbot that responds to keywords has also changed. It is now called Autoresponder Bot . Access to it is still available in the Settings section .
3. Application redesign
Updated the app. Redesigned, and also:
- A single version of the application for Android and iOS. Now you can seamlessly switch when changing your smartphone – you won’t have to relearn.
