It’s one of the hottest products in the SaaS world right now – and chances are you’ve never heard of it.
In any case, it has been dubbed the app to watch in 2018 , and rightly so.
The company is not even a few years old and it has already begun to reshape the way we work, collaborate and store information.

Well, I couldn’t agree more.
When I stumbled upon Notion on (in?) the App Store about a year ago, I was blown away. I haven’t been this excited about a product since my first iPhone.
Today, I am excited to bring you an episode of Iconic Products filled with Notions!

Slow down, Speed Racer. But what is Notion?
Okay, let’s back up for a how to organize your business to handle cold calling moment. Notion is an all-in-one workspace designed to, well, store pretty much anything you can think of.
Create wikis, to-do lists , reading lists, project plans, budgets, photo galleries, blogs – yes, really anything.
Additionally, it is available on desktop, iOS and, more recently, Android .
Think of it this way: Your digital bz lists life is probably scattered across your Google Drive, your Evernote account, your email inbox, your Trello boards… you get the idea.
Well, in the form of pages and links, you can take all of that information and put it together in a coherent, pretty, and fun database. 🗃
Some people will enjoy creating editorial calendars and blog posts in Notion, others will simply prefer storing banana bread recipes and YouTube videos they want to watch later. In fact, you can make your Notion workspace as complicated or as simple as you want.
You can include your personal content and your professional content in the same space, while separating them, as in the screenshot below.
As you can see, the product is clean, crisp and easy to navigate, yet it contains everything you could possibly need in your digital life.
Each of these lines of text opens to pages that contain all the information you want, whether it’s a spreadsheet, a calendar, a blog post, or even a Kanban board.
Amazing, right?
You may be starting to understand why this product is so exciting to me – it’s so simple and so brilliant at the same time.
But let’s go a little further
Of course, I briefly explained what the product is on the surface, but now let’s see what you can do with it.
Simple, beautiful, powerful
As Notion says, “Solve your problems your way, limited only by your imagination.”
And it’s true: there are plenty of examples of people using Notion in amazing ways.
Similar to Airtable Universe, although much lighter, is Notion Pages .
