Most employees in organizations have heard of web 2.0 and/or social mia, but for many people it is still a step too far to actually do something with it. They are left with questions such as: what does it cost and what does it yield, where to start and what exactly to do? In this article we discuss a number of ways in which organizations can shape an often forgotten step in the implementation process, namely awareness .
