Chat2Desk Updates 1. Access to the Tracking URL section
In the Security and Access Rights settings , you can now grant rights to supervisors and operators to view the URL Tracking section.
Supervisors have this access by default.
2. Outputting message status for an external channel Chat2Desk Updates
If you communicate with customers via an el salvador whatsapp data channel and use the API, you can now track message statuses:
- is being sent,
- sent,
- error,
- cancelled,
- delivered,
- read.
The status is displayed via a Message (GET) request .
3. Implemented Module Federation
Previously, to update the Chat2Desk interface, we had to completely rewrite the service. This was time-consuming and impractical. Now, thanks to Module Federation, we can gradually replace old elements with new ones.
4. New widget for contacting technical support
If you use Chat2Desk in free, test or demo mode, then there are tens of thousands of apps in the service interface you will see an updated widget with messengers. Through it you can contact our technical support, connect services and ask questions of interest.
5. Auto balance update Chat2Desk Updates
The Administrator section in the upper right slovakia business directory of the Chat2Desk interface contains information about your account balance.
Previously, you could only update data manually by clicking on the button with a round arrow next to the word Balance .
Now, if you haven’t updated your data for more than two hours, the system will do it automatically.
